The Jeff Trojan Memorial Athletics Scholarship

There is no greater personal achievement for a Stanford football player than starting as a walk-on and earning a scholarship. While most scholarship athletes are recruited for their potential, walk-ons earn their place—and eventually their scholarship—through hard work, dedication, and impact on the field. No one exemplified this journey more than Jeff Trojan, ’14. As a walk-on wide receiver, Jeff’s relentless commitment and leadership earned him a full scholarship in his fifth year. His family is establishing this memorial scholarship to honor Jeff’s legacy by supporting a walk-on football student-athlete who embodies his spirit and determination, and invites others to join them.
