The Judge Ben C. Duniway Memorial Scholarship Fund

The Judge Ben C. Duniway Memorial Scholarship Fund supports students attending Stanford Law School. In recognition of the fortieth anniversary of Judge Duniway’s passing—and of the establishment of this scholarship in his honor—we invite you to support this meaningful fund. Created by his devoted clerks, the scholarship pays tribute to Judge Duniway’s distinguished life and career, including his service on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals from 1961 to 1986. The son of a Stanford professor and a Stanford Law graduate himself, Judge Duniway remained closely connected to the university throughout his career, selecting Stanford Law graduates as his clerks. Your contribution will honor Judge Duniway’s legacy of public service and judicial integrity while helping shape the education and aspirations of future lawyers.
